Hatha Yoga offers numerous health benefits by combining breathing exercises,

yoga postures, and meditation to relax both mind and body and achieve a sense

of “balance” or “unity” within the body. 


Chenoa Lorenzo is a certified yoga instructor and a student of the 

 500 hour teacher training program through Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center. 

She has been an employee at All Ways Healthy for 10 years and a 

 student of yoga for 13, her passion for health illuminates through her 

holistic approach creating a balanced class atmosphere
